This was a very smooth medium coffee, Full of flavor
This Ethiopian coffee is a good med-light roast, has a bit of tanginess, but still sweet.
I have not wavered from fresh roasted
coffee and never will. But what I have wavered from is where I buy it. For the last 20 years I have ordered from the same company out of Nebraska . River Market Roasting Company caught my eye.
